For New patients

In preparation for your first visit with us, we ask that you log in to our Patient Portal and complete a few necessary forms. NOTE: You should have already received an email with instructions on how to log in to our Patient Portal. In some cases this may be in your SPAM folder.

We ask you to administer one fleets enema one hour prior to your scheduled appointment. Do not perform the enema if you’re having anal pain, are being seen for an anal fissure, or if you have had rectal surgery within 3 weeks.
